The Deanos are a posergang wherein each initiated member has been made up to resemble and sound like Rat Pack member Dean Martin. Higher-up members of the group take on additional bodysculpting to resemble other members of the 1940s/1950s Rat Pack groups.
Led by Mickey Deano, the group runs racketeering and gambling operations headquartered at The Burton, a casino in Little Europe’s Italian district. It is unclear what other operations these cats keep on their hot tin roof.
The Deanos hired Little Caesar to work for them rigging table games. This has been highly successful, though the relationship is starting to cost more than they bargained for.

Mahmood served as a driver with the Deanos for about a year. His last assignment was serving as Caesar’s personal driver, transporting the man across Night City in an armored-up limousine and drawing guns on any punks that gavehis man any problems. He’s likely the most informed party regarding the group and the actions Caesar took in his robbery at Daryl's, but seemed discrete.
Mahmood was a kind soul, and the nephew of Warren Deano, which has created a problem for Caesar and the party as he was killed by an unknown assailant during a job outside Willow's Peak.

Caesar has only meant Mickey Deano once, at an inspection of the table games that the newly found Tech had rigged.
Mickey is a massive drunk, but overall a strong leader with a sense of old-school loyalty. Mickey wears a red corsage so that people can do the otherwise impossible job of telling him apart from the other Deanos.

Mechanic
Barry is a kind-hearted soul who was taken in by the Deanos thanks to his uncanny ability to pick apart and put back together almost anything with an engine. In his free time, he studies the history of animals who went extinct during the early part of the 20th-century, and has a particular affinity for penguins.

Walter has been a friend of Caesar’s – tech-savvy, the two are able to relate to each other on the job. Whereas Caesar’s specialty is more on the mechanical-engineering side of things, Walter’s job predominantly deals with chemicals: particularly, regulating the oxygen and “atmospheric” (read: drug) levels in the air at the Burton to incite players to play with more enthusiasm.

Sean is the head of security at the Burton, known for tossing people around when they get out of hand and keeping the occasional boostergang off premises at all costs.

Warren is a higher-up with the Deanos who serves as Mickey’s right-hand man and one of his chief enforcers. He has an affinity for Caesar paired with a deep sense of Italian-catholic loyalty.
As a lieutenant, Warren was initiated by having bodysculpting to change his appearance to match the looks and voice of another Rat Pack member: Frank Sinatra.

Other Barry is a polite if not simple man who works for the Deanos as a means to support his extended family living in the outskirts of Night City in a nomad encampment. He is the first of his family to return to Night City in decades, and has dreams of some day starting up his own body shop with his friend, Barry.
