One of the major players in the 4th Corporate War, MTI fought rival, Arasaka Corp to a bloody standstill that ended only when the Megacorp was ordered to stand down by the President of the remnant United States. This didn't set well with Militech's hotheaded and proud CEO, Gen. Donald Lundee, an ex-Marine who took his war with the renegade Japanese security Corporation very personally. Currently, even as it labors under controls from Washington D.C. as a nationalized Corporate asset of the New United States, MTI is secretly rebuilding back to its former role as a combination of arms merchant and mercenary army. Even though greatly reduced by wartime losses, MTI is still the world's largest producer and seller of all manner of military weapons. From revolvers to tanks to jet fighters, MTI is a major military supplier to the re-uniting New United States. The New United States, in turn, is MTI's largest customer. But MTI will deal worldwide with anyone who has money, and its mercenary forces and in-house weaponry still make it the most militarily powerful company in the world, if not economically.

Executive Officer
Not much is known about Mr. Lee, spotted first by the group as he conducted the Militech raid on the School's "Reef" base. Mr. Lee has since come close to several members of the group, most notably conversing with Caesar as he recovered in the hospital from injuries received rescuing Harold Carruthers.

City Council Representative
Not much is known about Militech's representative on the Night City Council. So far, however, the group has gathered that he is a connection to some foreign shell companies and that he had a son named Stefan who ... Dusty helped take care of. The group is curious about the former, but Lionel's pretty curious about the latter.

Accountant
Harold was a Militech executive sent to work undercover within the Reef as their financial wizard. His cover was that of a stuffy and secretive quantitative analyst working for an investment firm, through which he would supposedly launder the Reef’s ill-gotten gains. Unbeknownst to the school, he monitored their cash flow and provided Militech with critical logistics insights.
In the period since the Reef incident, Harold has returned to his normal work as an executive analyst for Militech’s Night City division … however, he’s found himself rather bored by the day-to-day grind, missing the excitement of his last job. Recently, Harold has been tempted to subvert Militech’s operations, weakening their stranglehold over Night City and siphoning a hefty sum to his pocket for the troubles.
Harold was nearly found out when he hired a fixer named Daryl to exfiltrate him from Night City in what would appear to be a corporate abduction. This was facilitated by the party, who saw him to a train station and rescued him from would be pursuers.
