HapHazzard is a fixer hired by Kurt Passang to elicit information from Stefan Hamilton. He was mostly unsuccessful and, once it became clear that Dusty Montgomery would have to dig him and the Last Tango employees out of the Militech-sized hole they had dug for themselves, he surrendered his modest payday to Dusty and washed his hands of the job.

Ezra Gould is a private eye who seems rather anachronistic in Night City. He wears older, tailored suits that reek of cigarette smoke and last night’s bourbon. He formerly worked for NCPD.
He was able to find and recruit a partner named Alex Grayson, a former boosterganger solo who has undergone personality reframing.
He met the party in the course of investigating the disappearance of a 20-something girl named Isabelle.

Melpomene is a mysterious agent whose allegiance is unknown … hired Ford to spy on meeting between Morse officials, European investors, and Mayoral Candidate Lupin Anderson.
Offered to protect Ford through a contact in Chinatown named Zhang, and later met with the party at the behest of a media named Orpheus, who Melpomene promptly dispatched of.

Mandrake is something of a man of mystery. Not much is known of his past, or who he works for.
He was first met on the Reef, where he served as the head of counterintelligence; clearly, it turned out, he was not loyal to their cause.
He has served the party at several turns, offering information and help where he could. Saved Little Caesar during his fateful operation in Chinatown.

Grayson should’ve been wiped off the streets many years ago, and he knows that. He’s been given a second chance at life as the partner of fellow private detective Ezra Gould after a decade spent raising hell on the streets for a gang called the TomToms.

William Barclay arrived at the scene of a shootout between the party and bounty hunters hired by Militech to track down and secure Harold Carruthers. Barclay helped the party eliminate their competition and deliver Harold to his destination.
Upon leaving, Barclay (who claimed to have been sent by Mandrake), provided a dated photograph of himself and Mandrake in Central America.
The only problem, according to Mandrake, is that William Barclay never came back from that trip to Central America.

A young girl of about 15, she has an old soul that’s kept her alive in a life that should’ve ended prematurely some time ago. She grew up in the wastes but was taken to the city by her parents when she was about eight-years-old; shortly thereafter, they were both killed in a Cyberpsycho attack (she thinks it might’ve been the crossfire with the C-Squad), and she had to fend for herself to survive. Most recently she’s been hired to take a man named Dusty Montgomery out into the wastes to search for a city girl named Alison who got herself caught in some clan troubles.

Ballywho is a Fixer that got hooked up with Little Caesar during his one shot. Sourced by the enigmatic “Carter,” Ballywho was a reliable operator for Caesar, procuring specialty items, assisting in scouting the Little China target building, and recruiting escorts to serve as a timely distraction.

Carlson is a European drug distributor in South Night City who first made contact with the party as a connection of Dusty’s via Balboa. Carlson hired the party to track down a group of drug manufacturers who provided him with sub-standard gear. Once the group found that Carlson’s targets were Remy and Anand, they lied to Carlson and claimed to have lost track of the targets.

Wannabe edgerunner and boosterganger, Stefan Hamilton, known by the handle "Gigsy," was the son of Militech executive and Night City Councilmember Lionel Hamilton.
Hamilton hired a group of Nomads to transport his girlfriend to find her mother in the wastes; fuckhead that he was, he trusted the wrong people and got his girlfriend kidnapped. Problem is, his girlfriend was the daughter of his favorite bartender - and his favorite bartender didn't appreciate the mistake.
